Welcome!

Dear Madame, dear Sir: welcome! This could be the only word of greeting. In fact, today begins a new adventure: Ergodomus 2.0. I would like to say many things about this project but it is really impossible to condense into a few lines and words what we’ve done in over 12 years of activity in the field of timber construction. For this I recommend you to subscribe to our monthly newsletter: just so, in small installments, we will let you know what we have done and we are doing and what is going on in the wonderful world of timber construction.

But first of all I want to thank all the many people who have allowed us to get here today: friends, clients and co-workers. Without the invaluable and continuous support of them nothing it would have been possible.
What will be the topics discussed on these pages? We’ll talk about timber in all its forms: static calculations, building physics, energy saving, environmental sustainability, new products, market development, economy, on-site and off-site process, etc …

To do this we will publish our (and not only) projects along with technical articles to help operators in their daily activity. The plurality of opinions is the basis of growth and therefore we will not be alone! We’ll talk in fact of timber together with market players; we will allow and stimulate the confrontation by offering them the necessary space to express ideas and opinions by setting aside for a moment the marketing of the product. This site will also be, but not only, a square where many will have the possibility to say “what they think” and that’s why I invite you to contact us and to give us new ideas and participate writing new articles.

With this aim is born a renewed logo, the new social channels Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube and especially the claim: “Timber: what’s next!?!”

What’s the next step of timber construction? What will happen in the coming months/years?

Curious to know? Then you just have to follow us on these pages!

See you soon and good reading,

Eng. Franco Piva – Director of Ergodomus Timber Engineering
