New Market Trend: having the HQ made of Timber
The Italian non-profit organization “Blue Cross” had no doubts. At the first meeting, the CEO said “Our new HQ must be made of timber and it must be seen as an example for all the other companies in our region”. It was not easy to make them happy and meet their needs, but we won the challenge: fire rating 60 minutes, high degree of prefabrication, usability even after strong earthquakes and cost and time saving.
